A hybrid control model for subliminal air traffic control

We consider an automation problem in air-traffic management, in which small speed variations, unnoticed by the air-traffic controllers emulate a "lucky traffic". We formulate this control problem as a hybrid dynamical game in which the control has to minimize a cost representing the risk perceived by air-traffic controllers against uncertainty on the aircraft dynamics. We prove that this game can be solved using a reachability computation for an auxiliary hybrid system.
