Modeling and verification of a gas jet stimulator for temperature and pressure controlled ”natural” stimuli

Abstract:

This report analyzes theoretically the Gas-Jet-Stimulator developed by DavidMegias-Alguacil[1],[2] and then thoroughly tests it to compare theoretical results to the outcome of the practical experiments. At first the components of this device are explained. Chapter 3 and 4 goes through its theoretical analysis and the results of the modeling in simulink of the equations found. The device has then been tested quite thoroughly and implemented to solve different problems that arose during the practical experiments. In the end the user interface has been updated to satisfy the implementations and the final requirements of the device.
