Abstract:

The problem arises out of the Smart Grid concept which aims to optimally distribute energy in space and time. The grid consists of consumers, producers and prosumers of energy. The later indicate participants that may consume or produce energy. Based on, which presents a theoretic problem formulation and the derivation into a mixed integer optimization problem, the thesis proceeds with this formulation.
