Ground-truth Robotic Tracking and Feedback System for RoboCup

The RoboCup team works on combining robotic perception and behavior algorithms to yield a team of soccer playing robots. These robots rely on onboard cameras for self-localization and estimation of environment. In this work, a Vicon optical tracking system is employed to give ground-truth measurements of the robots and the ball. With the ground-truth measurements, it is possible to make progress in parallel on perception and behavior of the robots.
