MPT A Toolbox for Multi-Parametric Programming (and more)

Abstract:

The Multi-Parametric Toolbox (MPT) was recently developed at the Automatic Control Lab of ETHZ. MPT is a Matlab toolbox which provides extensive libraries in the field of computational geometry and control of constrained systems. In addition, MPT interfaces state-of-the-art optimization software such that fast runtimes can be achieved. This talk will present the functionality contained within MPT and place a special emphasis on efficient implementation of geometric operations and controller computations. Specifically, the talk will be structured as follows: I. Introduction to MPT II. Polytope Library III. Multi-Parametric Programming IV. Feedback Control of Constrained Systems V.
