Beschreibung:

To get a better understanding of cellular processes on a quantitative level, a vast amount of experimental data has to be analyzed. Typically this is a slow process, making interactions based on conclusions drawn from recently acquired data impossible. The aim of this project is to implement fast and reliable algorithms for cell segmentation and analysis of live cell microscopy data on a GPU card. LabVIEW will serve as a host environment.
