I received BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University in June 2009 and January 2011, respectively.

I worked at Intuitive Surgical in Sunnyvale, California as a robotic controls engineer (systems analyst) from 2011 to 2015.

Research Interests

I am interested in applications of feedback control and optimization to improve the adoption of renewable energy in electrical grids.

In my research, I consider the optimal control of energy storage from different angles, including multi-horizon stochastic optimization, modeling of novel storage devices, and optimal solution structure.
