Research area

My research interests lie in data-driven control of large scale hybrid systems. My current work involves constructing Q-function approximations using approximate dynamic programming techniques and using them in optimal control of hybrid systems.

Sandeep is a PhD student at the Automatic Control Laboratory at ETH Zürich since 2019. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Madras, India in 2016 and a master's degree in Robotics, Systems and Control from ETH Zürich in 2018.
